    If you have a current support contract you do not necessarily need to purchase advanced support. We cover most issues with a current support contract.

    The Source Elements' support team is available to provide advanced assistance with network configuration, audio hardware and session setup and advice with the purchase of Advanced Support credits. Advanced Support sessions are scheduled for approximately one hour. Our support staff will determine with you your exact needs and provide a schedule to ensure we have enough time with you to complete your task.     WHAT SUPPORT IS PROVIDED WHEN I PURCHASE YOUR SOFTWARE

    For most details on

    Specific support for our products and services are provided for all purchased users, however certain tasks require dedicated attention and do not fall within the scope of general support. With Advanced Support we'll set up a schedule for working with you, so you can plan your time more efficiently.

    We can provide Advanced Support on the following, on a case-by-case basis:

  • Configuring your Pro Tools session
  • Installation/support for Windows VISTA
  • General non-Source-Connect specific Pro Tools or other host support
  • Setting up a Remote Bridge
  • Working with third party VPN software
  • Advice on setting up a new network
  • For the above, and any other topic not directly related to our software products and services you'll need to purchase Advanced Support credits. We will be available to you for support via email, telephone and Source-Connect until your project is complete (within reason). If your project is complex we'll let you know if you need to purchase additional Advanced Support credits from us in advance.

     

    DO YOU PROVIDE ON-LOCATION SUPPORT?

    Generally, no. However if you live in a major city we can possibly assist you with finding someone to help in your area.

     

    DO I NEED TO USE YOUR SOFTWARE TO REQUEST ADVANCED SUPPORT?

    Not at all. We are happy assist anyone, even if you don't intend on using our software.

     

    DO YOU PROVIDE SUPPORT OUTSIDE OF NORTH AMERICA?

    Absolutely. We can arrange to work with you at a time that best suits you. Note that our support staff are primarily English speakers, however we can also work with you in castelleno by appointment.
