SOURCE ELEMENTS SOFTWARE COMPATIBILITY

 

This section lists in full detail the compatibility with all supported audio applications and computer operating systems. Select the product to view compatibility for:

  • Source-Live
  • Source-Talkback

    SOURCE ELEMENTS DESKTOP

     

    Mac OSX
  • G5 and Mac Intel computers only, with at least 1.5mb RAM.
    This application is not officially supported for G4 computers.
    • Supported configurations
  • G5/Mac Intel, 1.5GB RAM, OSX 10.4 or 10.5.
    This application is compatible with Leopard (OSX 10.5).

    Windows XP
  • Windows XP and Windows 7 32bit support only.
    This application is not Vista or Windows 7 64bit compatible.
    • Supported configurations
  • Windows XP: 2Ghz PC or higher, 1.5GB RAM.
    DirectSound/ASIO soundcards
    • Note: This application requires a modern computer and plenty of RAM to use with both Source-Connect and Source-Live simultaneously.


    KNOWN ISSUES

    On some Windows systems the graphic interface may show up completely white. You will need to download and install QuickTime from Apple.

    SYSTEM SUPPORT:

  • All our software is Windows XP, Windows 7 32-bit and Max OSX compatible.
  • We do not officially support Windows Vista. You can request an Advanced Session to have Source-Connect installed for you on Vista if required.
  • At this time all Source Elements software is not compatible with Windows 7 64-bit.
