What is a Static IP and do why I need to port map/forward?
The following is the default on most networks:

 | Test your bandwidth at Speakeasy.net/speedtest |
Corporate networks: If you are on a corporate network or behind multiple routers/firewalls it is possible that you will not be able to establish an initial connection with Source-Connect. Please review the Network Guide.
Wireless networks: Wireless networks are not as reliable as fixed connections via ethernet. We do not officially support Wireless networks, please bear this in mind if you have support issues. Review the Network Guide for assistance.
The better your upload and download speed, the better quality you will get with Source-Connect. If you are able to upgrade your bandwidth to the recommended requirements this can dramatically improve the quality you can send.
